Family Fitness (5-79 Years)
Get fit together with our family fitness sessions. You will work your strength, flexibility, core fitness and endurance, side by side with your child. Boys and girls welcome, max 2 children per participating adult, all abilities catered for.

About the event
Our Summer Gymnastics Programme is packed with activities to suit the whole family, you are welcome to book as many sessions as you like. All classes are £5 per hour. Non-members (anyone who does not have British Gymnastics membership) will need to pay £1 extra per session, this is to provide insurance for the participant.
