Danusia Francis Dance and Beam Confidence Workshops
Gymnasts will have the opportunity to work with beam champion Danusia Francis who is a British-born artistic gymnast who has competed at the British, European and World Championships.

Gymnasts will have the opportunity to work with beam champion Danusia Francis who is a British-born artistic gymnast who has competed at the British, European and World Championships.
There will be two dance/choreography based workshops, where gymnasts will get to work on their dance skills. These sessions are aimed at gymnasts of all abilities from recreational gymnasts (all ages) through to competitive squad members (age 6-8 years)
These will be followed by a beam confidence workshop for competitive squad members age 9+ This workshop will see Danusia pass on her tips and tricks on how to stay confident on the beam, helping gymnasts to develop a mindset where they are able to perform to the best of their abilities during competition.
Gymnasts who are 8, but are 9 in 2018, are considered 9 already (as they are in competition) and so should book the beam workshop.
To take part in the workshops you must be a current member of Furness Gymnastics Club
