1-1 Private Lessons

Current members from our squad or recreational classes can book a 1-1 session with our experienced Level 2 coaches. A great way to focus on a specific skill or piece, sessions are talior-made to suit the needs of the gymnast. Perfect for a little extra before a competition or to work on new dance. Gymnasts are welcome to pair up with a friend and either share a 1 hour session, or book two sessions back to back, for a longer lesson. A parent must remain in the gym for the WHOLE session due to BG rules

To book a shared session, please just book the time slot you wish to have, you will have the option to add a second gymnast during the booking process.

Both coaches can offer 1-1 Lessons for members in reception class and above. Pre-School children age 2+ can book a lesson with Lindsey who is pre-school qualified. 

1-1 Lessons are non-refundable. If you fail to attend, the fee is still payable. Please let us know as early as possible if you can't attend, we will offer the date to other gymnasts and see if a replacement can be found. If a replacement is found, you will receive a full refund.

About the Coaches 

Gemma

Gemma is a former county level gymnast, she has been coaching for the past 14 years and is a qualified Level 2 Women's Artistic coach. She currently coaches in both recreational and competitive classes.

Jess

Jess is a former county level gymnast, she has been coaching for the past 4 years and is a qualified Level 2 Women's Artistic coach. She currently coaches in both recreational and competitive classes.

Lindsey 

Lindsey is a former novice gymnast who has been involved in coaching for the past 22 years, she starting her coaching in Suffolk and has now been at FGC for the past 14 years. She is a qualified Level 3 General Gymnastics and Level 2 Women's Artistic coach. Lindsey is also a Pre-School qualified coach and can offer 1-1 Lessons for children age 2+
