The club was awarded £9,534 by the National Lottery through Awards for All. The money was put towards the repair of our roof.

We are a British Gymnastics Club. Their site has endless information and BGTV, a fantastic online gymnastics video channel. A good site to check out when looking into coaching or judging.

Our club is affiliated with the North of England Gymnastics Association. It is one of 10 English Gymnastics Regions.

There are three clubs in Cumbria. These are Furness Gymnastics Club, Kendal School of Gymnastics and Carlisle Gymnastics Club.

The International Gymnastics Federation is the official governing body for gymnastics in the world. This site has the Womens Artistic Code of Points on it, this is the code that all competitions follow. Essential if you are a coach or judge. To find the code go to the home page and click on rules.

We use Continental Sports equipment at our club, its the UK's leading manufacturer of gymnastics equipment. They also sell hand guards, which are used for bars. We sell guards at our club as well

Milano and The Zone are great sites if you want a new leotard. Dont forget that we also sell leotards in the gym.
