The dates for the Cumbria County and North of England regional competitions have now been announced.

Please make sure you are available on the dates below, please see your coach if you are unsure as to which competitions you are likely to compete in.

The 2012 county squad dates have been announced. Once selected, The names of gymnasts who have made the squads will be posted on the noticeboard at gym. All gymnasts must wear their county squad leotards, provided to them on their first training session. Squads run 12.30pm - 4pm.
